Phil Oliver, held back in the Int. class for work reasons. Frank Johnson & TC Carter we alway fun & helpfull. Hance was always good but didn't mind sacraficing a placing for some entertainment value. # 1 for years has to be Lynn Nickerson, I don't...
Then come on over and bake for me!! I have the Stainless dental picks and am about to go Marathon Man on these caps. I have a T phillips that fits the caps little center recess but can not hold it down and dig the clip out. I can't seem to get ove...
an awl is too fat. you have to use a pick. BITD I would use a t-handle to push down and then reach in with the pick and just dig it out, piece of cake. Always did it by myself.
Mark, Joey rode a few cross countries in 98 with very good results, but college came along and now he's married with twin girls and has no time. We still trail ride occasionally, we still have 2 XR200s and I still have my 78 KL250 dinosauer (but I...
Bill, if you strapped your boots on, got on the start line, charged off into the first turn and battled with your buddies to try to come to the front, your name deserves to be on the list. Thanks Bill.

Through the years, everybody has always known who the fastest guys were. Their names were household words among the families that raced motorcycles. Everybody knew who they were. They received their hard earned praise from all their peers anywhere...
That 1980 Carlsbad USGP was awesome! Moate's second moto holeshot was wild as all get out - inside and super fast. In the early eighties those big bore YZ's were hard to beat.
This to me is one of those classic vintage moments because you are close enough to be in the picture and feel the energy. A natural terrain track, good dirt, Marty Moates cranking it on, dragging a toe and hangin' it out. I always liked to keep up...
Ask her Paul!! My kids are experts at pulling the retaining rings while I compress the springs on an old set of Curnutts that need reservicing almost every time I ride them.
How the #@%& do you get the fork cap off the 77 CR 125 ? It has a cap that will push down about 1/4 in to barely expose a spring clip that has no bend or resess to get an awl behind it. I can not hold down the cap with one hand and try to work und...
